We undertake to repair your computer in your home or office, unless there is such damage that a workshop repair is the only option. Then we will uplift and return the computer, without additional charges.
We do not make a callout charge to any of our visits, but where there is a large distance to travel, (we are based in Bridgerule, North Devon) we will inform you in advance of any costs and if you agree, we will add a mileage charge to the final invoice.
If we can't fix your computer, or if the cost of repair is greater than the value of the machine, we will tell you before we start work, we will also give you a current valuatioin of the computer so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Not all of these people are criminals, they can be reputable businesses i.e. Google and Facebook, but you should still be aware that your personal data id being harvested and sold throughout the internet.
